Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a new 90 bed care home valued at approximately £10 million.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the construction from inception through to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Oversee all aspects of the care home construction project, from planning to handover.

* Ensure project timelines and budgets are strictly adhered to.

* Lead and manage the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Manage project risk, troubleshooting potential issues as they arise.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on projects of a similar scale.

* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management software.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
