About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Own Company. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and driving growth and adoption of our data platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their associates at all levels, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Monitor client success metrics and develop strategies to improve adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional Own Company products and services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Experience using Salesforce as an end user is essential.
  • Additional language skills are a plus, particularly French or Italian.
