Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of business and personal clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and review technical and complex accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review client ledgers, monitor budgets, and invoice clients in a timely manner.
- Review financial statements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Provide business advisory work, including technical and software support for clients.
- Support and train junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Support the firm on anti-money laundering matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the implementation of new software and systems, ensuring a smooth transition for clients and staff.
Requirements
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Skilled in accounts preparation and financial analysis.
- At least 3 years of experience in practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Adaptable to change and supportive of colleagues, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competent user of Excel and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
