Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Quantum Scholars is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a well-regarded secondary school in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with their learning and development.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Support the preparation and organization of teaching materials and classroom activities.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
