Learning Support Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Learning Support Team as an Administrative Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide professional and supportive services to all staff and students, while also offering administrative support to the Exams Team, with a focus on Exam Access Arrangements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing general administrative duties such as word processing, minute taking, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Ordering and managing supplies and resources.
- Providing administrative support to the Exams Team, including Exam Access Arrangements.
- Assisting with the effective support of the Learning Support area.
