Children and Families Minister

We are seeking an experienced and creative leader to join our team as Children and Families Minister. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing discipleship and evangelism pathways for children, working closely with our schools ministry, and engaging with our preschool and holiday play scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement discipleship and evangelism pathways for children
  • Work closely with our schools ministry to support the spiritual development of children
  • Engage with our preschool and holiday play scheme to provide opportunities for children to grow in their faith
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to children's ministry

Requirements:

  • Experience in children's ministry, preferably in a church setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Passion for children's ministry and a commitment to our values
