About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the team on a complex and busy site in the centre of a major city. You will oversee the construction of a large-scale development from the ground up. The project will involve the use of advanced construction techniques, including post-tensioned (PT) slabs and reinforced concrete (RC) frames.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee the construction of a large-scale development, including the use of PT slabs and RC frames.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the project, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Manage a team of construction professionals, including site managers, engineers, and laborers.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • CSCS - Black card.
  • Fire Marshall certification.
  • Previous experience with complex construction projects.
  • Experience with RC frames, PT slabs, and other advanced construction techniques.
