About the Role:
The Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) team at DRB Recruitment is responsible for managing after-sales contracts and connectivity for our client's vehicles. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a profitable business in Maintenance and Repair (M&R) and Connectivity services, focusing on revenue generation and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Support the TCO manager in day-to-day operations, contributing to the development of key concepts and strategies.
- Act as the primary interface with the dealer network and customers, providing support and guidance to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with the dealer's salesforce to manage M&R and Electronic Warranty (EW) services, guiding them through our system and processes.
- Analyze forecasts and activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
What You'll Learn:
You will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in analyzing results, planning preventive and corrective actions, and driving business growth. As a TCO intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team, contributing to the success of our client's business.
