", "p": "Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
", "p": "Knowledge of relevant curriculum guidelines and educational policies.
", "p": "Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children with additional needs.

", "p": "Additional training or qualifications in special education or SEN support.
", "p": "Experience working in a similar role within a special provision or SEN school.
