Breakfast Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team at De Vere. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standards.
  • Take responsibility for the mise-en-place for the breakfast section and breakfast production and service.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current experience as a Breakfast Chef in a hotel, preferably of a 4* standard.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and motivated manner with excellent organisation and time management skills.
