We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our integral team at Victoria Barracks, Windsor, SL4 1HF.

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, Chefs may occasionally be required to undertake ad hoc back of house and front of house duties as needed.
⦁ Work efficiently with the Front of House team to produce high-quality food in line with recipe cards.
⦁ Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes
⦁ Clear down sections after service
⦁ Maintain knowledge of all menu items served
⦁ Manage production to minimize wastage
⦁ Maintain food levels throughout all service periods
⦁ Ensure high food quality and brand standards
⦁ Maintain high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements
⦁ Assist in compiling opening and closing checklists

Requirements

⦁ Previous experience in a food production role within catering or retail
⦁ Previous cooking/chef experience
⦁ Allergen awareness (i.e. Natasha's Law), with full training provided
⦁ Excellent team player and communicator
⦁ DBS required
