Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive? Do you have a strong desire to lead a team and make a positive impact in the Early Years sector?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Educators and providing outstanding care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and education

  • An annual salary of £30,326.40-£33,696 (when working 40 hours)

Requirements:

  • Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
  • Has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
  • Through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated
  • Thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others
