Employability Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Employability Specialist - Academic Partnerships to join our team at Uxbridge College. In this role, you will work closely with academic departments and corporate services to develop and implement strategies that embed employability and skills into the curriculum.
The successful candidate will have experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with employers and external partners. They will also have a proven track record of work experience development and be able to support learners in developing industry-relevant skills and accessing meaningful work placements.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
