Regional Account Executive

We are Fresenius Medical Care, the leading provider of dialysis services to the NHS, operating 52 partnership dialysis units that treat over 3,800 NHS patients in the UK. Our global presence spans 4,000 clinics worldwide, where we treat over 344,000 patients.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our team. This field-based role covers the Southwest, requiring a UK driving licence. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth within the dialysis sector.

• Liaise with Clinical Nurse Specialists to discuss territory/account activity, evaluate new products, and stay up-to-date with the latest therapy developments.
• Co-ordinate with personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
• Identify opportunities to develop and implement innovative sales solutions, utilising business development skills and expertise.

• A degree in a profession allied to business or medicine is preferred, alongside a certificate in marketing/sales management.
• ABPI qualification with a detailed understanding of its practical application in a business environment.
• Strong business development skills, preferably with experience selling equipment into the NHS, are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including a car allowance, bonus scheme, company pension scheme, life assurance, and various other perks such as health shield and long service vouchers.
