Job Description
We are seeking an experienced lecturer to join our team and teach Health and Social Care and Childcare units at levels 1 through 5, across full-time programmes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a lecturer in this field, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to the development of our curriculum.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Health and Social Care and Childcare units at levels 1 through 5
- Deliver engaging lessons and assess student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development and college initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in the relevant subject
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to complete one)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £28,600 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
- Generous holiday entitlement: 42 days per annum pro rata
