We are seeking an experienced Academic PA to join our team at Glasgow Prophetic Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Leader, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, and ensuring the timely execution of tasks and projects.

Job Description:

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with some evening and weekend working required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and growing our Senior Leader's online and social media presence, including developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.
  • They will also have proficiency in video editing software and be able to produce high-quality video content for broadcast, social media, and training purposes.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software
