We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Pharmacist Lead to join our dynamic pharmacy team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing and developing specialist clinical pharmacy services to the Care Group, working closely with wards, departments, and pharmacy to ensure that pharmacy services meet the Critical Care Care Group's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership Role: Lead on the provision of clinical pharmacy services to the many sub-specialties within the Care Group and ensure a high level of clinical pharmacy input.
  • Guideline Development: Develop, implement and audit local guidelines, ensuring seamless pharmaceutical care on discharge.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the financial reporting to the Care Group and drug budget management.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 per annum based on location and experience
