Interim Admissions Lead for MBChB and Gateway to Medicine

Job Summary
The University of Leeds is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Admissions Lead for MBChB and Gateway to Medicine. This position will play a critical role in selecting the best medical students for our undergraduate medical degrees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Admissions in managing the annual admissions process for approximately 280 undergraduate students onto the MBChB program.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient admissions cycle.
- Liaise with academic and student education service colleagues across the Faculty of Medicine & Health and the University.
- Contribute to the development of selection processes for the MBChB and Gateway to Medicine programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in admissions or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of medical education and admissions processes.
