Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Shorterm Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical operations and ensuring the safe execution of substation schemes up to 132kV.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and agree safe systems of work to be employed at site
  • Liaise with the Site Manager to ensure sufficient plant and equipment are available
  • Ensure all site personnel have the correct authorisations to operate plants and receive permits
  • Assist the Engineer in carrying out weekly inspections of all plant and lifting equipment
  • Full UK driving license required
Requirements:
  • Valid SSSTS or SMSTS and CSCS
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Experience of substation schemes up to 132kV
