This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our branch team as a Customer Sales Expert. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, answering phone calls, maintaining stock levels, and facing shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service by being helpful and friendly at all times
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain stock levels and face shelves to ensure a clean and organized working environment
  • Deal with supplier deliveries and accurately book them into the system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar phone-based role with great customer service skills
  • Able to relate to a wide range of people and provide excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and organized with good numerical skills
  • Fundamental customer service and transferable skills
