About the Role

As an Autism Primary Teacher at Options Autism, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education services to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, deliver, and teach individual students or small groups, monitoring their progress and reporting back to the school.

  • To develop and implement effective teaching strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of educational programs and activities.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular review meetings to discuss progress and set targets.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to a wide range of first-class mental health support services and physical health checks.
