Job Title: Early Years Education Specialist

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team as an Early Years Education Specialist. Located in the heart of Surbiton, this role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of educators who are committed to providing high-quality education.

About the Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, aged 3-7 years old.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and carers.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting social-emotional learning and academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a cohesive and effective education system.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best educational methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (minimum 2:2).
  • Valid teaching certification for primary education.
  • Proven experience in teaching (preferably 2+ years) in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young learners, promoting a love of learning and academic achievement.
