Job Title: Project Supervisor / Site Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor / Site Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the works of in-house engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the work of sub-contractors, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations and deliver high-quality work.
  2. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  5. Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Trade qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., electrical, mechanical, construction).
  2. Proven experience in project management, site supervision, or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality control, and work planning methods.
  4. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
