We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this exciting opportunity. As a Matrimonial Solicitor NQ, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of matrimonial matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and financial settlements.

You will work closely with an experienced team of solicitors who can offer support and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of family and matrimonial cases
  • Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court when necessary
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with experience in family and matrimonial law. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of family law legislation, procedures, and case precedents.

A strong advocacy, negotiation, and mediation skill set is essential, as well as an empathetic and compassionate approach when dealing with sensitive family matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
