Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team in East Bridgford. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, including medication management, personal care, and Peg feeding. You will also be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including medication management and Peg feeding
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in learning disabilities and challenging behavior is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Good professional and personal references
