Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, including medication management, personal care, and Peg feeding. You will also be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
  • Administer medication and provide personal care
  • Support clients with Peg feeding and other complex interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of complex care needs and requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Good professional and personal references
