At Samworth Brothers Limited, we are seeking an experienced Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our manufacturing excellence department, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational enhancements and ensuring alignment with our business goals.
About the Role
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 21:00 - 06:00, with some flexibility available. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and supporting frontline delivery of continuous improvement projects and activities, utilizing performance data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges, and guiding improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of improvement projects and action plans, driving operational enhancements in line with our roadmap and business goals.
- Utilise performance data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges, guiding improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Functional skills in Level 2 Maths and English.
- Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), preferably within chilled food manufacturing.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience in people management, supported by training and/or qualifications.
