As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd, you will provide mortgage and protection advice from the whole of the market. You will work with a large existing base of loyal clients, as well as numerous client referrals and recommendations each week. The firm also owns a separately located and branded estate agency business that provides the brokerage with an additional 40 new mortgage client appointments each month.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients
  • Working with an in-house administration team to complete and submit cases via lender online portals
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and the administration team to see cases through to completion
  • Benefiting from compliance support provided by the firm's Compliance Manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mortgage advising experience, preferably in the independent market
  • The full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ambition, drive, and a commitment to succeeding, as well as being a team player
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting basic salary of \u00a330,000, which will increase to \u00a335,000 at the end of the first year, \u00a340,000 at the end of the second year, and \u00a345,000 at the end of the third year. Additionally, you will benefit from a lucrative commission structure, leading to a first-year annual OTE of \u00a365,000 to \u00a370,000, and more year on year thereafter.
