About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Functional Assessor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in assessing individuals with diverse physical and mental health conditions, enabling them to receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals, gathering detailed information about their health conditions and how they impact their daily lives.
  • Interpret medical evidence and compile comprehensive reports to support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin registration.
  • At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical information.
