About the RoleAs a Nurse Disability Assessor, you'll work with individuals who have a range of physical and/or mental health conditions, conducting thorough assessments to determine their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.
You'll work in an office-style environment, using your clinical skills to gather information and interpret medical evidence to support the decision-making process.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments with individuals who have a range of health conditions
- Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into a comprehensive report
- Support the decision-making process by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
- Registered Nurse with at least 1 year's broad post-registration experience
- UK experience is essential
- Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and IT competency is a must-have
- Competitive salary of £37,800 per annum
