Role Purpose

The Apprenticeships Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our apprenticeship programs in the School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional (STEP) Construction. This position requires a highly organized and skilled individual who can manage apprenticeships, work closely with our Curriculum Team, and provide excellent customer service to employers and learners.

Key Accountabilities

  2. Manage apprenticeships in our STEP Construction program, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice.">
  3. Collaborate with our Curriculum Team to design and deliver high-quality apprenticeship programs, meeting the needs of employers and learners.">
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to employers and learners, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.">
  5. Work closely with our Group Apprenticeship Team Leader and Apprenticeship Administrators to ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork.">

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
