Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Employee Benefits consultants
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to Group Risk and Employee Benefits products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and processes
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Employee Benefits department

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or In-house environment
  • Strong knowledge of Group Risk and Employee Benefits products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
