Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Group Risk Administrator to join our team at Eden Scott. As a key member of our Employee Benefits department, you will provide support to our consultants and be the first point of contact for our valued client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our Employee Benefits consultants
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data related to Group Risk and Employee Benefits products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and processes
- Contribute to the growth and success of our Employee Benefits department
Requirements
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an IFA office, Pensions Consultancy, or In-house environment
- Strong knowledge of Group Risk and Employee Benefits products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
