Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Manager in the National Body for Neurodiversity. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing the Connect training and development service, including developing and delivering training programmes, workshops, and consultancy support.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading learning and development projects with a focus on neurodiversity and equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to pitch new business opportunities and upsell services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for promoting a digital learning culture and championing neuro-inclusion.
  • High level of digital proficiency and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programmes, workshops, and consultancy support to meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals and organisations.
  • Become the first point of contact for all Connect enquiries and bookings, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Design and implement resources to support neuro-inclusion and excellent EDI practice, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with associate trainers and consultants, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes best practices.

What We Offer

As a Learning and Development Manager at Iconic Resourcing, you can expect a competitive salary of £41,000 per annum, plus benefits, working 35 hours a week with flexible arrangements available.
