Key Responsibilities

You will also need to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have time-served experience or relevant qualifications in a related trade. A background in social housing is preferred, as is a full UK driving license. Having your own tools is also crucial for the job. As a self-employed individual, you will need to manage your workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation Package
