We are seeking a highly skilled Handyman Specialist to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a self-employed role, you will be responsible for carrying out various trade maintenance tasks in the Daventry area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
- Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
- Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience within social housing, hold a full UK driving license, and have their own tools.
The successful Trade Maintenance Professional can expect:
- A company van and fuel card included
- Long term work
- Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
