Job Title: Broadcast IT Supervisor Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Broadcast IT Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support and assistance to our team, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues * Ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, printers, mobile and desk phones * Configure and support all computers for staff * Maintain and review all compliance requirements around Cyber security and GDPR * Assist the Executive Team with projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to * Maintain inventory records of all Hotel IT equipment * Collaborate with third parties to deliver and implement new services Requirements: * Proven experience with Desktop & Server admin across the Microsoft stack * Knowledge of administering Microsoft solutions including MS 365 * Experience working with IT Security & Network infrastructure * Understanding around core IT compliance for GDPR & PCI/DSS etc. About Us: C4S Search Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specializing in IT and technology placements.
