Adult Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Challenge-trg Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Recruitment office in Wigan, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing social media platforms to advertise job openings, attract candidates, and build relationships with clients and the teaching community.
- Receiving and reviewing job applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates for clients.
- Requesting references and verifying the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to clients.
- Briefing candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients.
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients and colleagues, with a focus on going above and beyond expectations.
- Proactively sourcing new candidates by placing job ads on various job boards, contacting university providers, and arranging open days.
- Proactively chasing references.
- Managing job applications, pre-screening candidates, conducting face-to-face interviews, CV writing, and actively sourcing suitable job openings for individual candidates.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience with Microsoft packages.
- SharePoint experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ambition and determination to succeed.
- Result-oriented approach.
- Problem-solving and tenacity to handle pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience working with clients and delivering on expectations.
- Substantial experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in transport and logistics.
