Job Description:

As a Business Development Specialist for Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers, you will play a key role in growing our external sales team and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Account Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts.
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in account management and sales strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

Our company offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (OTE £55,000), plus uncapped commission, car allowance, and company benefits. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and supportive work environment, where you can grow and develop your career.
