Regeneration Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regeneration Lead to join our team at Liverpool City Council. As a key member of our Regeneration Senior Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the city's economic growth and regeneration over the next 10+ years.

About the Role

This exciting new position will lead a team of professionals in designing and implementing a wide range of regeneration projects that will have a significant impact on the social, economic, and environmental well-being of our communities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and deliver place-based strategies, balancing high-quality design, commercial principles, and inclusive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for a collaborative, inspirational property professional with a broad experience of bringing forward regeneration and development projects. You will have a clear track record of managing complex, high-value projects with multiple or diverse stakeholders. You will be a strong team player, with excellent relationship management skills, and be comfortable with scrutiny, change, complexity, and uncertainty.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £80,712 - £84,842, as well as the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging regeneration projects that will make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
