Job Description:
As a Formulation Expert at Spherical Search, you will play a critical role in developing innovative and safe products for our customers. You will operate as a scientific and technical expert in your specific specialization, supporting the Pharmaceutical Development Units (PDUs) in delivering revenue-generating portfolio of work efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a lab-based environment, with strong leadership skills and awareness of regulatory requirements such as COSHH, GMP, and GLP. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex processes and systems are also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • To support internal research programs and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • To identify new areas of technical development for the company's teams within your specialization.
  • To lead selected improvement deployments into commercially viable offerings/services.
