About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Hafan Saff Cyf, a leading provider of Children and Young Persons Residential Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Sleep-in allowance of £50 per night

Requirements
  • QCF Level 3 Children and Young People qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in a children's residential setting (or equivalent)
