About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our general practice team to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective care for patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.
  • Develop and maintain clinical expertise in primary care, staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

What We Offer

  • Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
  • 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification

  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • Desirable: experience in a primary care setting and level 7 (MSc) practitioner status.
