Senior IFA Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IFA Administrator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our financial planning practice, you will provide technical administrative support to our paraplanners and financial advisers, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, enhancing the profile of our company and community.
  • Client Data Management: Accurately maintain client details, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Process Development: Support the development and maintenance of internal processes to maintain business flow and agreed service standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical information to ensure workflows are followed and standards are adhered to.
  • Professional Conduct: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to regulatory demands.
Key Tasks:
  • Policy Information: Obtain full policy information from clients.
  • Annual Review Reports: Produce client Annual Review Reports.
  • Client Queries: Deal with client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Research: Assist with product research to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
  • Application Processing: Process applications efficiently and accurately.
  • Database Management: Maintain the company database with full and accurate client records.
  • Liaison: Liaise with product providers and other relevant third parties to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Workflow Management: Manage individual workflow and task delivery to meet deadlines.
  • FE Performance Reports: Generate FE Performance Reports as required.
  • Client Service Standards: Support the delivery of and achievement of client service standards.
