Blakemore Recruitment is seeking a qualified Paraplanner to join a reputable Wealth Management firm. This position is ideal for a Level 4 qualified professional looking to enhance their career in a supportive environment.
The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with 2 days working remotely and 3 days in the office.
The firm prides itself on its client-centric approach and professionalism, providing a comprehensive range of financial planning services.
As a Paraplanner, you will report directly to the Operations Director and collaborate closely with the existing administration and paraplanning team to support financial advisers in delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare necessary documentation, including research and communication with providers, for initial consultations, recommendations, and review meetings.
- Generate Suitability Letters promptly as requested by the financial advisers.
- Engage directly with clients through various communication channels, including verbal, written, and face-to-face interactions.
- Review compliance documents to ensure client files are accurately maintained.
- Coordinate with the administration team regarding new business processes, ensuring clear and precise instructions are provided for effective case management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must possess a Level 4 Diploma (or be actively pursuing this qualification) with a minimum of 2 years of paraplanning experience.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to identify and enhance clients' financial wellbeing.
- Proficient in MS Office, Intelligent Office (or similar software), and research tools such as O&M and Dynamic Planner. Familiarity with Cash Flow modeling tools is advantageous, with training available as needed.
- A proactive and positive attitude is essential.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
