Role Overview

Future Work is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and drive growth in the enterprise space.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering customised enterprise connectivity solutions. Working closely with technical teams, you will collaborate to design, propose, and ensure the smooth delivery of these packages, addressing the complex requirements of high-value clients, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and ongoing service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver customised enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose fibre solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation
  • Address the complex requirements of high-value clients

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the telecommunications or fibre broadband industry
  • Strong understanding of fibre and networking technologies, including dark fibre
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
