Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor

**Salary and Benefits**

The successful candidate will receive an excellent basic salary and bonus package.

**Working Hours**

The working hours for this role are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch, and every other Saturday from 8am to 12pm.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide professional advice to customers on service and repair work required for their vehicles.
  • Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken.
  • Sell additional products to customers as appropriate to their needs.
  • Advise customers on timescales and collection arrangements.
  • Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
  • Update customer and vehicle records.
  • Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
  • Prepare and complete invoices.
**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in a motor garage.
  • A full driving license.

As a Service Advisor, you will be expected to maintain the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent customer rapport, and the ability to deliver great customer satisfaction results.
