Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities, ensuring a person-centered approach.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and other stakeholders, respecting confidentiality and promoting positive relationships.
- Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and social events, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Accurately record and maintain notes and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with a willingness to work towards further qualifications.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with vulnerable adults, with a commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
