Senior Property Lawyer Opportunity

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis at a really exciting time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly manage a team of 3 Lawyers and 1 Legal assistant.
  • Support and deputise for the Principal Lawyer, providing training and support to Lawyers in the team.
  • Manage leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
  • Handle residential and commercial property matters.
