About the Role

As a Mobile Team Leader with Securitas Security Services, you will be responsible for managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers and providing back-up support services, including patrols, alarm responses, and more. You will also be responsible for compiling accurate incident reports, ensuring the security of company vehicles, and representing Securitas with professionalism and pride.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be working 4 on, 4 off nights, with overtime available, and will be provided with a company vehicle, full training, and uniform.

If you are looking for a career in security and do not have an SIA licence, we will provide the course and pay for your licence. We are committed to helping our employees develop their skills and progress in their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Mobile Patrol Officers
  • Provide back-up support services, including patrols, alarm responses, and more
  • Compile accurate incident reports
  • Ensure the security of company vehicles
  • Represent Securitas with professionalism and pride
Requirements
  • SIA licence
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Provide a 5-year checkable history
  • Able to work nights (flexible working) if required
