About the Role

As a Mobile Team Leader with Securitas Security Services, you will be responsible for managing a team of Mobile Patrol Officers and providing back-up support services, including patrols, alarm responses, and more. You will also be responsible for compiling accurate incident reports, ensuring the security of company vehicles, and representing Securitas with professionalism and pride.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a leadership role in the security industry. With a 4 on, 4 off nights schedule and overtime available, you will have a great work-life balance. Plus, we will provide you with a company vehicle, full training, and uniform.

If you are looking for a career in security but don't have an SIA licence, don't worry We will provide the course and pay for your licence. Join us and be part of a team that protects and serves with integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Mobile Patrol Officers
  • Provide back-up support services, including patrols, alarm responses, and more
  • Compile accurate incident reports
  • Ensure the security of company vehicles
  • Represent Securitas with professionalism and pride
Requirements
  • SIA licence
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Provide a 5-year checkable history
  • Able to work nights (flexible working) if required
